Target Rate – RATES ARE AMAZING

Many of you have already called me because interest rates are amazingly low.  Today I’m closing a 30 year fixed loan at 2.875% with 2 points.    I’m quoting rates as low as 3.5% with 0 points on high balance 30 year fixed.

Rates are subject to change and all of this is based on the craziness of the market. But, if you had any thoughts about saving money. NOW IS THE TIME.

By the way, on the loan above, we submitted, got approval in 3 days and 5 days later we are drawing loan documents. Even though the industry is busy we are getting things done quickly.
