 I’ve been pricing loans in this program since Friday.  Rates at most banks are truly amazing with 30 year fixed rates around 3.125%.  However, the same loans with this program are around 2.625%.  

There is one more hitch with this program. You must close within 21 days.  That means in some cases we must rush an appraisal to get it completed and you must be ready to move quickly to provide your paperwork. 

However, if you are able to fit into this program there is no lender that can beat their prices and the service is amazing.
